By accessing or using NVZ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. NVZ is operated by NVZ Coaching ("we," "us," or "our").
NVZ provides AI-powered pickleball coaching through video analysis, AI chat coaching (Personal Coach), and skill progress tracking. The Service is available via a monthly subscription.
You must be at least 13 years old to use NVZ. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
Access to NVZ requires a paid monthly subscription at $12.99/month. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - no refunds are issued for partial months.
Each subscription includes 100 AI minutes per month. Minutes are consumed when you use video analysis or Personal Coach. Unused minutes do not roll over to the following month. Minutes reset at the start of each new billing cycle.
You retain ownership of any video footage or content you upload. By uploading content, you grant NVZ a limited license to process and analyze that content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell or share your footage with third parties.
You agree not to: (a) upload content you do not own or have rights to; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service; (d) share your account credentials with others.
NVZ uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching feedback. AI-generated content is for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be treated as professional sports coaching advice. Results may vary. We make no guarantees about improvement in your game.
All content, branding, software, and AI models used in NVZ are owned by NVZ Coaching. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NVZ Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
