NVZ Coaching ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use NVZ ("the Service").
Account information: Your email address, name, and profile details you provide during onboarding (skill level, goals, location).
Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details - Stripe handles all payment data securely.
Video content: Videos and frames you upload for analysis. These are processed by AI and are not stored permanently after analysis is complete.
Usage data: AI minutes used, coaching session history, skill XP progress, and analysis results.
We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) process payments and manage your subscription; (c) send transactional emails (sign-in codes, receipts); (d) personalize your AI coaching experience based on your skill level and goals.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Video frames extracted from your uploads are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis. Frames are processed in memory and are not permanently stored by NVZ or Anthropic after the analysis is complete. We retain the analysis results (coaching report) in your account history.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible until you request deletion. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at Team@NvzPb.com.
We use essential cookies only - specifically, session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
You have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Team@NvzPb.com.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. Please keep your sign-in codes private.
NVZ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
